8:10 A.M. - 2 Cardio Breeze, 4 Levorex, 2 TYR-2, 24 oz water, 2 Glucorell, 2 D-Root, 2 Neurogenex, Women's Ultra Mega GNC

8:20 A.M.
Meal # 1: Protein Shake – 1 strawberry, 1 tbsp Blueberries, 3 raspberries, 2 Scoops ISO AGB, 2 tsp EnerG Glutamine

11:15 A.M. - 2 Glucorell-R, 24 oz water

12:10 P.M. – 2 TYR-2, 2 Cardio Breeze, 2 D-Root, Digestive Enzyme, 2 Synephrine

Meal # 2:
- 4 oz. Fit'n easy Fresh Chicken Cooked in ¼ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Mrs. Dash (Lemon Pepper)
- Baby Spinach Leaves
- 2 tbsp FF Henri’s Dressing
- 24 oz water

1:30 P.M. – 4 Levorex, 2 ALCAR, 24 oz water

2:30 P.M. - 2 Glucorell, 2 Neurogenex, 24 oz water

3:00 P.M. – 2 D-Root, 2 TYR-2, 2 Cardio Breeze, Digestive Enzyme, 2 Synephrine (At this time, cannot figure out if this is working as good as I FEEL it is working, or im just not hungry from last two days of eating enough to kill two large elephants... )

Meal # 3
- 4 oz. Fit'n easy Fresh Chicken Cooked in ¼ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Mrs. Dash (Lemon Pepper)
- Baby Spinach Leaves
- 2 tbsp FF Henri’s Dressing

4:00 P.M. - 24 oz water

AMEN! Never forget that weight and even bodyfat are still just data points ... snap shots in time. It is the TREND that you need to watch. THE TREND! Your body & your life are in a constant state of flux, responding to a veritable plethora of things that will impact you.

~~I forgot to mention I went to go see Kicking and Screaming with Will Ferrell and I thought it was friggin hilarious and a kinda sick comedic way... Ditka actually made the movie pretty darn funny... IMO I think Will Ferrell is hilarious and just cheers me up when I need to laugh :D ~~
