You know I still have not found this famous Peanut butter you all eat.... I have tried Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Kroger, Bush's, Wal mart, Meijer... I think it's not sold in my state. Anyway... I was reading on some of your posts that you put your body temp in. I'm sorry I've been off teh band wagon... What's the reasoning for this, or can you link me to where I could read that information. Hope everything is going swell!

Hey Bunny.....I know that digestive enzymes are important, and I found a multi that contains them.

Are you taking the DE with every meal? I guess it wouldn't work for that, but if your only taking them 1or2 x's a day, you could try the multi.

Hey girl :) I take GNC womens mega (that's my multi 2 x a day), I just added digestive enzymes specifically after I started to bloat, which may have been an allergic reaction to the oatmeal (which I have currently filtered OUT of my diet, but it's SO darn Yummy).

I have incorporated the DE with every meal and will over the next couple weeks, as I work back to my base diet 40/30/30 and continue to experiment from there :)

Ever since I started pounding broccoli, I've been using 2 digestive enzymes w/ every veggie meal. I continue to use prenatal vitamins as my multi.
