**This was such a good meal...I threw it all in a bowl and OMG I loved it for some reason.... mmmmmmmmmm** :chomp:

I am about to learn this myself... by I'm assuming is has to do with thyroid function/fat burning. You may want to ask Shadow

I didnt see the question



Back in the days before sophisticated blood tests....bbers used moring basal temp as reference for thyroid function......


Low carbs can drop Thyroid in 3-4 days....that is why I recommened thatyou add in a carb cheat MEAL every 4th day.

7:45 P.M. - 6 mile Run in my new kiks I LOVE THEM...wow do I feel fantastic :)

HIIT - Treadmill, 10 Cycles, Full Incline (15)

Interval ON – 90 sec, Full Incline
Cycle 1-4 @ 6.0 mph, Cycle 5 @ 5.5 mph, Cycle 6 & 7 @ 6.0 mph, Cycle 8 @ 6.5 mph, Cycle 9 & 10 @ 7.0 mph

Interval Recovery -90 sec, Full Incline, 3.5 mph

8:20 A.M. - 3 Pure CEE, 1 Glucorell-R, 2 D-Root, 2 Neurogenex

8:45 A.M. - Meal # 1: Protein shake – 2 scoops ISO SGB, 2 tsp EnerG Glutamine, 4 raspberries, 5 blueberries, 1/2 banana
One-A-Day Active Multi, 24 oz water

9:20 A.M. – 120 oz water (I have 5 bottles of water (24 oz each) on my desk, and I will drink them all, so I’m logging them)
