9:15 A.M. – 1 L water

10:00 A.M. – 1 L water

Well Monday night I weighed myself at I was at 158, Tuesday (last) night 155...then this morning... 151.4 lbs

Ha, my BF on the scale was also 16.5% hahah ;)
