- 1/4 cup FF Cheese & 1/4 cup Sargento Cheddar
- Baby Broccoli Florets
- Pepper
- 1 L water

However, I'd like to wait for Thurs- Sat to do side by sides on how people should just listen to you, stfu and train :verygood:

Hahahhah.. nooooooo, I made sure to blow OUT and I look like a buddah with little bumps on the bloated belly :)


Damn but I'm tight after that workout for sure...I'm looking forward to this progression (total trust)
