Adding 100gr of carbs is 400gr of water retention. About a pound.

Awesome :) I'm so unbelievably focused right now, it amazes me. I have signs that I made and put them up on my walls with dates of a contest that is coming up in June. It's just for a local bikini contest that is looking for a girl to represent their company but I want to try it because I've NEVER thought of doing anything like that and I feel like putting myself out there just to be able to say that I did it. I can really tell that my confidence and self esteem is going up and I love it! I'll keep you posted on that and let you know how it goes!

yep....she added about 200 grams, give or take....


with the water remaining pretty constant.....Im betting she will be a pound UNDER her previous lowest by Sat

the water just ensures that there is enough in the system to store the carbs properly...

I follow... just thinking about that 'one day' when I drank like 3 Gallons, floating around wondering how I gained 11 lbs :D
