90 Seconds RECOVERY – Cycles 2,4,8 Full Incline (10) @ 35 Resistance

8:15 A.M. - 1 Glucorell-R, 500 mg D-Root, 1 L water, 3 PureCEE

8:45 A.M. - Meal # 1: Protein shake – 2 scoops ISO SGB, 1 tsp EnerG Glutamine, 1 tbsp blueberries, 1 tbsp raspberries

9:15 A.M. – 2 motrin, 1 L water

11:15 A.M. - 2 Glucorell-R, 500 mg D-Root, 1 L water

11:35 A.M. – 2 Cardio Breeze

Meal #2: ¼ cup (about 50) Almonds, 1 PB CC Clif Bar, ½ CC Clif Bar
1 L water
*Clif Bar Carb up LOL, food choice is limited for carb up right now :whatever:*

12:00 P.M. – 1 L water

2 workouts for the same muscle group in 1 week is exhausting....I know :rolleyes: so take it easy, or you won't make it to the 2nd 1 :)
