Rest of My Diet Coke from last night

Meal # 1: Protein shake – 2 scoops of ISO AGB, 2 strawberries, 6 blueberries
1 teaspoon glutamine powder

After I was done, I got the impression I could have pushed harder (I'm always like this) to I tried my 'mile test' and I definitely could not do ANY more cardio after that HIIT
