Bulking Diet for summer. 40/40/20. On Test E.

Clean Bulking diet.

On: 500mg Test E



215lb Male X 14-16weight(lbs) =

3010-3440 calories/day


40%CHO-----40%P-------20%F


CHO......1204 calories-1376 cal/day..................301g - 344g CHO per day

Protein.....1204 calories- 1376 cal/day..............301g - 344g Protein per day

Fats.......602 calories - 688 cal/day................. 67g - 77g FAT per day



In each meal...for 6 meals a day.

6–Meals
50-57g Protein
50-57g Carbs
11-12g Fat’s

How does that look? I believe it is similar to what arnold did.
 
everyone is different man....you should know your body well enough to be able to adjust to what works best......everyone disagrees with my high carb moderate protein diet...but its what works for me best.

ya...I hear ys. Alot of body builders like higher protein but when you get into science of it most professors and teachers say high carb is better. Well...how does it look considering the 40/40/20?
 
How much dieting experience do you have??? Its hard to say with out knowing you specifics.....It would seem in my experience with training others that the age old formula of cals eaten vs cals burned is what works....low cal with high nutrient. MRP are always great for that....40-40-20....ever try that? give it a shot I suppose and see what happens.

40 40 20 works great for bulking..i think jay cutler does something similiar to that...i have a gram or a bit more of protein per pound bodyweight when bulking..and alot of carbs, and moderate fat..

I suggest a 50%p/30%c/20%f for bulking; if you keep the carbs lower you'll haave a cleaner bulk. :coffee:
