1/2 c sweet potatoes
1 liter water

Meal 4: 2:15 pm

1/2 c 1% cottage cheese
1/4 c raspberries

3 pm: 3 Levorex
17 oz water

Workouts will start in the morning. For today, went for a two-hour hike in the woods. My legs will be feeling it tomorrow... ;)
