Get out the leaf blower for this one!!
Life got in the way and I haven't gotten back on track.
Diet's still good, for the most part, but I was obsessing about eating clean and the workouts. Still taking things one day at a time until I'm better established.
Gym, 3 days a week, karate 2 days a week, hiking whenever I can. At this stage of my life, though I need to give myself time to settle into the new surroundings. Plan to hire a trainer/nutritionist by the fall and start preparing for a "possible" May comp. Letting myself take it easy until that point.
BTW, Bunns - great news on the test results/dr visits. Haven't posted in anyone's logs in awhile but I do read them all. Nothin' but luv and best wishes for you sweetie!!
