Congrats on the move-in finally, BG! I know it's been a long road, but you have persevered through this transition. It's going to be easy street after this! ;)

You guys are sooo great! Still in the process of catching up on these logs, but my dad's coming to town in a couple of hours and may not have time to log much this weekend. Diet's still tight, although I'm taking my dad for Chinese tonight. First reward meal in about 2.5 weeks and I think I'm ready for it. My desire for that type of food has faded again. Yea!! ;)

The hikes were wonderful. Were taken with the new man, and things couldn't be going any better... :heart:

Yesterday I decided to join karate! He'd been wanting to do it for awhile, I needed something different to shake things up a bit and so we decided this will be something fun to do together, since I have my lifting and he has his running. OMG I had a blast and can't wait for the next class. I was pretty sore working out this morning, but I'm feeling great for the extra challenge (mentally and physically).

I think I've found my light at the end of the tunnel after a long 6 months! WOO-HOO for new adventures. Thanks for the well-wishes girls. Luv ya all! I'll catch up on your logs soon - I miss everyone but I'm still around... :bigkiss:

1/2 c yams
pepp and onions
17 oz water

Meal 4: Noon

3 oz tky

veggies w/ 2 T red fat thousand island
small orange
17 oz water

Meal 5: 3:20 pm

3 levorex
1/2 c 1% cottage cheese
1/4 c strawberries
17 oz water

Workout: Legs

PWO Protein w/ 1 scoop LL gatorade and vanilla whey

Meal 6: 7 pm

3 oz ground tky
peppers and onions
30 raspberries
17 oz water

Meal 7: 10 pm

1 T natty PB
