I have never made these before but I plan on making them today or tomorrow. Recipes for it look pretty simple and it should provide for a decent bodybuilding meal. I plan on using wheat dough and adding more chicken than what is called for, and also using a Greek yogurt/bleu cheese mix for inside the calzones. Each one should be about 40g protein unless I fuck up the dough.
Anyways just thought I would share, I'm excited for this! I'll post pics when I complete it (if it actually turns out decent).
