so yeah...my aggression turned to the solid ass wall after a heated arguement with a coworker...outcome: broken knuckles on my right hand...very fuckin annoyin, esp being a college student who has to write all the time (yeah it was my writing hand too)...well yeah, the whinigz over and its time to gain focus..
yes, i have to drop my current 75mgED fina& 250sust e7d cycle...since this happened thursday(10/10/02) i'll start my clomid supply in 3 weeks and take liqx @ 1mg eod...THIS FUCKN SUCKS...i was rockin with progress..
i figure i can train chest with a pec deck..do a shitload of sets for that cuz its the only chest movement i can do...leg day is no problem...shoulders i can do hammer strength lateral raises...back and bi's no clue unless i work unilaterally for just my left side...talk about unproportionate...i was thinking about using the single hand grips for pulley machines, setting them for the curling position and doin bicep curls by placing the force of the handles on my wrist instead of a grip....obviously setting the weight low for higher reps...
i can focus on cardio because i do want to get lean and it poses no discomfort to me...
has anyone trained around a fractured bone..any advise would be greatly appreciated
