what would u guys do?

It really all depends on what you are doing. Are you going to be doing only cardio or hitting the weights and then cardio. If cardio I would just have a glass of water and a scoop of protein. If hitting the weights I would prob just have a protein shake and cup of oatmeal about 30-45 mins before I workout...this would give you a good amount of protein and carbs, but just enough so that when you do cardio you would be able to burn some fat away as well.

I'd say oats about 40-60 minutes before. and possibly a protein shake. and I'd either take typing classes or fix my keyboard! j/k bro.

I put the protein powder in my oatmeal. I think it's the goods and you don't have all that stuff sloshing around in your gut. You could also put some peanut butter in your oatmeal too (if you're not worried about calories).

Is it ok to mix ANPB with oatmeal? I thought it was bad to mix fats with carbs.

great question.
been wondering the same thing myself.
if that's bad, and why. cause I wasn't aware of it until I came here.

Its only really an issue with high GI carbs. The low GI of Oatmeal, with fibre, will not cause the fat storage you fear.
