Well i started box squat full time this last Jan. I am different in my approach though. I do speed one week and max out totally the next. I wear no wraps but i do wear groove briefs. I Havent done a full power meet in over a year and a half but i test ever so often. Jan i did a in the gym free squat in full gear with 765lbs. Started box squats and did 805 3 weeks ago. Of course i attribute alot of my PR's lately to my Good mornig i do. I love them! So Tues day is always kinda of heavy. Good AM's, dead lifts , rack pulls ETC. Then on Fri i do speed squats one week then max ou the next. Works for me.
