Hmm my list, let's see:
People lifting way too much way incorrectly. I tore a bicep lifting properly, just would hate to see anyone else go through that. And the ones with bad form usually think that they are cool.
People on cell phones hoggins up benches or weights etc.
Chicks with too much shitty perfume that makes it so I can't breathe.
The groups of middle age women that think the gym is a social club.
The groups of teen boys doing the same thing.
I don't mind people asking me advice, but if I didn't ask you for any, don't give me your 2 cents.
Finally, people who talk to me in the middle of a set or when I obviously have headphones on, unless they are asking to work in or something.
