on friday was leg day and i could not lift a thing i felt so weak i was also sweating before i even started working out. my question is would it be that maybe i need to take a break or could it be that my menstrual cycle is on its way i had also used some yohimburn before so i dont know if that would be the reason. right now all of my muscles are aching and i feel so tired. can you all please help me i dont want to take a week of when all it is is just me being lazy.

thanks

If you are training seriously or are just starting training, expect to have sore muscles, but if it continues beyond just daily recovery your body is trying to tell you something.

Can you give a little more background? How often do you train, what is your training schedule? How long have you been training? Is your diet good? Getting enough of the good stuff? Getting enough sleep? Stress from anything in particular? Do you tend to be particularly tired?

Basically OVERtraining might cause you to be exhausted but just one day of overdoing won't do that. I've never experienced any issues because of training during my period - I'm usually bitchy up until, but never tired.

ive been training almost everyday ever since january i use to train 5 times a week and cardio 5 times a week about a month ago i started hansels diet and started doinag hiit cardio about 3 times a week and weight training 3-4 times a week. i get at least 8 hours of sleep a night and as for the stress i always tend to be stressed i always have things onmy mind i have a little 2 year old girl which stressed me out even more (terrible twos) i tend to stress out over everything i guess that could be affecting my training. i was thinking of just taking the week off and maybe jog 2-3 miles everyday just to keep my metabolism going or should ijust quit being a lazy ass and weight train.:mix:

I find with my training that I have the best results when I make sure I take a day off a week. Also, I find I have the best results when I only do cardio 3 days a week maximum for 30 minutes. I weight train three days a week and cardio three days a week. It works well for me. I think training everyday is too much for me..perhaps that's what your issue is.
