Best diet, supps, and exercise for DNP.

What would be the best diet, exercise, and supplement routine for losing the max amount of fat when on DNP? Here is what I plan on taking so far for supplements:

1200-1500mg magnesium in 2-3 divided doses.
2-3000mg vitamin C.
1200IU of vitamin E
200mcg of selenium.
1000-2000mg of calcium (can't take it with the magnesium, though. Take it before bed)
50mg of zinc a day
one iron tab as hemoglobin is a protein as well.
A potassium gluconate tab or two a day
Taurine at 3g a day.
Melatonin if you can't sleep and it is also one of the best and cheapest anti-oxidants.
Glutamine at 15g a day sublingual or with carb/protein drink

Will be taking 200 to 400 mg of DNP/day and 25mg of T3/day. Looking to loose 40 lbs in the next couple months (3 to 6). Just curious how quick I could loose most of this with the DNP and T3 but don’t want to loose the muscle mass. Been reading and found that the T3 will cause you to loose strength and I think if you are loosing strength you also loose the mass. Anyways wanted to know what the best diet and exercise routine would be to maximize the results because I don’t want to take the T3 for a long period of time. I also want to cycle the DNP with 7 to 10 days on/off. Thanks in advance for your help.
