first of all i give eveyone props for working out. Working out is optional, you dont have to do any cardio i you dont want to. Do what you enjoy and what is fun, go play some basketball (full court). wa more fun adn burns tons fo calories. I just retired track anfd field as a sprinter, doing triathalons now. I love it, the bike sucks by the way! To me the best machne is the gauntlet. Kicks my ass. Kepp up the hardwork everyone!!!!
