bench shirt\suit

so guys, let me pick your brains again. with my pb lifts (200lb bench, 400lb. squat, deadlift??) do you think it's a good idea for me to purchase a shirt and squat suit and start training with them on or keep going without?:)
 
The use of equipment will add to your training. Your raw numbers will move up as your equipped numbers move up. If you want to maximize your training you have to train with equipment from time to time. IMHO.
 
I think the guys at Westside wear some pieces of equip when they train, like erector shirts or groove briefs or suits with the strap downs, for added hip support and / or protection. At least this is what I see in the videos.

yes. Get a shirt and a suit. Do your box squats with a suit on with the straps down. Your hips will thank you.

We also do board presses wearing shirts at least once or twice per month. I have had a pretty big jump in my bench since we started doing these.

and i hope you know that your total could put you at elite status in PLing.. elite at 132 is 927 for a female..

so if you deadlift is decent. you could probably total elite.

are you serious??? even with a shitty deadlift? (about 300lbs)
holy, i just pl off season for the hell of it:)
 
with a 327 dl, coupled with your 400 squat and 200 bench, you would just make elite for a female. congrats. with a suit, i bet you could easily get it.
 
looks like your built for PLing to be honest... just work on the dead.. big deads is what wins the meet.

I'd say do what you like more.. PLing is more fun (to me at least)

And me and you have about the same lifts..

My bench is around 200, i squat 325 (equipped) and dead 360...

at 140 bw....

i wish i could squat as much as you! especially raw!

i just seen now that your only 15!!!!! holy shit your a good lifter and very itelligent:) do you compete? juniors or open? damn those are good lifts!!!!!!!
