bench help

Im a soon to be junior in high school who started lifting about 5 months ago (6'0", 165). Ive shown tons of improvement from when I started, benching about 160,to when I recently put up 220 on the bench press. I was wondering if there are any dumbbell lifts i can do at home, other than bench and incline, that will help me reach my goal of 240 by mid- August.
 
work on your lats, delts, and tri's...and like JM said....check out the thread titled stronger triceps.....that should help you out. You also might want to throw in some pec-deck flies, that will isolate you chest, some dumb-bell flies wouldn't hurt either!!!
 
Um, I would seriously skip the pec dec flyes and db flies. There are smany other, better ways to increase your bench. Leave the isolation stuff to the bodybuilders.
