I am bulking and am looking for something very fast and easy to eat before I go to sleep...I don't want to have to be in the kitchen cooking at night...I know I could always just slam a pwo shake or something but curious to find new ideas...

cottage cheese and a moderate - low glycemic carb such as oatmeal. Provides for a slow and steady flow of amino acids/nutrients to muscles during resting hours.

Perfect

I eat 3 or 4 scoops of nat. peanut butter. I gave up on the cottage cheese because of the sodium content. If they made a low sodium, I may go for that. Every other night I'll have tuna with the peanut butter.

I agree! Or you could sub the oats for a couple of slices of wholemeal or wheat toast.

I would say that Oats are def better then the wholewheat bread, NOT A TON better just a bit, but since its night time i would choose the "better" of the 2
