I am bulking and am looking for something very fast and easy to eat before I go to sleep...I don't want to have to be in the kitchen cooking at night...I know I could always just slam a pwo shake or something but curious to find new ideas...

I eat 3 or 4 scoops of nat. peanut butter. I gave up on the cottage cheese because of the sodium content. If they made a low sodium, I may go for that. Every other night I'll have tuna with the peanut butter.
I have my Cassein + ANPB before Bed. Or my Muscle Milk alone.
Not going to say i have seen amazing results but since i dont hit the gym at all and dont do many situps and i got decent abs, i must be doing something right
I would say that Oats are def better then the wholewheat bread, NOT A TON better just a bit, but since its night time i would choose the "better" of the 2
