Brought to you by Dylan Gemelli: Beat the bookie...

This is my weekly thread of my top plays for the week, many of which I am also playing...

Many of you may be asking... "What qualifies him to make these picks for everyone?"

That's a fair question that does possess a strong answer. In my "previous years" that I would rather not touch on, I may or my not have lied about my age and started bartending at the age of 18... (This may or may not be hypothetical) =) I started as the NFL Sunday bartender to learn the job where it was nearly as busy... I worked throughout the day shift every Sunday and would talk football with all the patrons. There may have been a bookie in there listening and watching me and seeing that I had a strong feel for the game, he approached me to begin working for him which I may or may not have accepted... Long story short, I may have nearly 15 years of experience, so I may know just a thing or two about this line of work... Yes, it is WORK... It takes A LOT of watching, learning, information obtainment, etc...

As time went on I became quite effective with my methods including my main implementation of the two team 7 point teaser... Many of you may not be familiar but basically, in a nutshell, you take two teams that you want to bet on... Let's say for instance you have Baltimore +3 vs. New England and San Diego -8 vs. Oakland... You have selected both Baltimore and San Diego... Now it is Baltimore +10 and San Diego -1. BOTH have to cover but your odds are FAR higher this way of winning as you have the points. The one downside are the odds... If you take a THREE TEAM teaser, then it is even odds... Odds vary upon casino and sport... In the NBA, your max is a 5 point teaser, etc... When I play college teasers, I bet 600 to win 500... NFL is 700 to win 500, however, I like my chances this way... I play straight plays as well but my big bets are always teasers...

This week, I have several strong plays for everyone...

MY BIG PLAY of the week...

7 point, two team teaser... Denver Broncos -10 vs. St. Louis Rams and Arizona State -8 vs. Oregon State... My play get's you Denver -3 and Arizona State -1

I love this play as both Denver and Arizona State have A LOT to play for... Denver is fighting desperately for home field advantage in the playoffs and Arizona State, rated #6 is fighting to make the 4 team National Title playoff... The only thing I don't like is both teams playing on the road, however, I love the matchups as well as the motivation involved...

7 point, two team teaser... Georgia Tech (home team) +2.5 vs. Clemson and Mississippi State +9.5 vs. Alabama... Now it is Georgia Tech +9.5 and Mississippi St. +16.5

7 point, two team teaser... Utah +9 vs. Stanford and Arizona State -8... Now it is Utah +16 and Arizona State -1

Straight Up Against the Spread Plays

Iowa -4 vs. Illinois

Cleveland Browns -3.5 vs. Houston (NOTE: Houston is starting Ryan Mallet AND Arian Foster is injured)

UPSET OF THE WEEK

Miami Hurricanes +2.5 vs. Florida State

Game that will surprise you... Arizona WILL FLAT OUT BEAT the Lions...

More to come next week!! Now go get paid everyone!!

nice. i was never really in teasers..but nice way to explain.

i dont think the cards would be much of an upset, even without palmer. they what 8-1 and i believe do have home field

the big upset there is the canes over the fla st..i got fsu in that.. but if miami wins that a hell of a pick.. im suprised fla st isnt favored by more
