still have yours? I collected for about 3 or 4 years as a kid. i had about $1000 worth in rookie cards etc. i wonder how much all this stuff will be worth in the future. probably zero

I think most recent cards are manufactured in such high numbers that they won't be worth squat. Plus, part of what made older cards valuable is that a lot of people through them away or didn't keep them in good condition. Now everyone keeps their cards.
