Back improvement, what o u guys think about this split?

Im only gonna use this split for 4-6 weeks, then going back to a regular 4 day split, whit every muscle worked every 7 days.

have already been doing 4 split program for the last 3 weeks, so pretty excited in starting working out 5 days a week again.

this is how it looks:

monday back/calves
tuesday rest
wendsday shoulders/tric/calves
thursday legs
friday back/bic/calves
saturday chest/abs
sunday rest

regarding sets.

chest, legs and shoulders will get 10-13 sets.
back will get 8-9sets one day, and the next proberbly 9-11.

but i hope i get a little suggestions on this one.

diet is bulk offcourse.
allso doing a cyle right now whit 500mg+ sustanon, 50mg dboll, some sarms 4 and slin after every workout.


as i said, looking for tips on this one, gotta have a great back when competing next year:)
 
What exercise are you doing for back?

im thinking about maybe split the back workouts into one for thickness and one for the v taper.

as always ive done deadlifts on my backdays, sometimes as a first exercise, sometimes as a finisher.

along whit rowing movements like dbs and barbell rows.

not asking this beacause i have a BAD back, but beacause i need a GREAT back, for my first competition next year.

set wise, what would u recomend for the back?
and the delts, that will be mucch involwed in the training?

not that i have any pics to show or proof of any kind, but all i ever do for back is a lot of deadlifts once a week, db rows once or twice and db pullovers once or twice and i would say i have a pretty bad ass back compared to most...
edit: oh and occational goodmornings...
