Intramuscular, yes. Mine is 1000mcg/ml. I inject 1 to 1 1/2 cc's EOD (so, 1000-1500mcg EOD).

I second that, the only problems I have ever had with vet grade is the BA (never tried the vet B12 though)

Is Injectable B-12 oil-based or water-based? Can it be mixed with oil based gear, for injection?
