Is this any good for a chili recipe, actually simmering it as we speak, cut alll the ingredients in 1/2 being this is for 16 people, Im a chili virgin

It has all it needs to be pretty good. ! thing I will say though. I hate tomato paste and anything made with it. Its loaded with crap and it taste like shit.

Came out pretty good man, it was def missing something though and I cant quite figure out what it is?
