11am:
1/4c raw oats
1/4c skim milk
1/2 medium banana
4 egg whites
1 scoop whey
2 TBS sf jelly

GyM- LEGS :(

3 min warmup on tredmil
Squats-
45lbs x 18, 65lbs x 15 x 4

Leg Press-
180lbs x 12 x 4

Step Ups(flat bench)-
15lb dumbells , 3 x 25 each leg

Leg Extensions-
70lbs x 8 x 4

Leg Curl-
60lbs x 12 x 4

* stretched 15 min post workout

1pm:
1 scoop whey
1/2c skim milk
1/2 large apple

4pm:
1/2c brown rice
5 oz. grilled steak strips
1/4 green pepper
1/4 onion
1 c fresh cabbage, pepper, vinegar

7pm:
1/4c raw oats
1/4c skim milk
4 egg whites
1 scoop whey
2 TBS sf jelly

10:30pm:
3 oz. grilled steak strips
1/4 green pepper
1/4 onion
*leftover from earlier :)
I love it when it works out this way.

Ouuuuuuu it's pretty good - I like it at any rate.
It's a flank cut, not horribly expensive and cooks up tender.

9am:
20 min bike ride , aprox. 4 miles, then to gym

10min HIIT tredmil, 1 min intrvls, spd. 3.5, 9 mph
10 min HIIT stair master, no hands, level 5, level 15, 30 sec intrvls

-rode bike for 40 minutes after...

11am:
1/4 c raw oats
4 egg whites
1/4c skim milk
1 scoop whey
2 tbs sf jelly

1pm:
5oz. Tilapia filet grilled
1 TBS lf miracle whip
1 ruset potato, large, baked steak fries

3pm:
1 medium banana

6pm:
2oz. grilled steak
3oz. grilled chicken breast
1c romaine+cucumber salad, balsamic, 1 TBS olive oil
1 medium sweet potato

9pm:
1/4 c raw oats
1 scoop whey
1/4c skim milk
4 egg whites

1am:
1/2 protein bar

DAMN I havent been here a while. My internet was messed up and I FINALLY got it back.

Update... too many days passed by BUT Ive been on track. I will put up pics soon I think. Maybe in another 4 weeks or so :)

20 min bike ride to Gym
15 min HIIT stair master, 45 sec intervals level 5, level 15
15 min HIIT tredmil, 1 min intervals, spd. 3.0, 7.5
40 min bike ride post cardio

12:45pm:
1/4 c raw oats
1/4 c skim milk
1 scoop whey
4 egg whites
2 TBS sf jelly

3pm:
5 oz. Grilled Tilapia fish
1 TBS lf miracle whip
2 lices low carb ww bread
10 steak fries (~ 1/2 large russet potato), baked

7pm:
2 slices ww bread
1 TBS lf miracle whip
4 oz. turkey breast
lettuce

10pm:
3oz. left over beef roast
1/4c red kidney beans


1:30am:
5 almonds
1/2 c skim milk

Skirt steak - does it come pre-cut or do you have to ask someone at the meat counter to cut some for you?

I'm gettin kinda tired of chicken & tuna everyday with the occasional salmon or talapia.

I have no idea. I know my dad would always go to the Mexican store and pick it up. It comes pre cut with all the hot yummy seasoning already on it. They marinade it in some hot red sauce that is soooooo good. Check out some places around your house. I dont know if they would have that at a regular grocery store. I think ethnic only... let me check...

*Just asked my mom and she said we get it at a Mexican store deli.

11am:
rode bike to Gym- 20 min

LeGs-----

walking Lunges- 15lb dmbls.4 x 25
Leg Extensions- 65lbs x 12 x 4
Leg Curl- 65lbs x 12 x 4

rode bike post workout aprox. 4 miles... 35min

1pm:
1 scoop whey + water
1 small golden delicious apple

SLOWWW but yeah. Its hard when you look at your self every day. I will put up pics soon I think....

My booty is FINALLY shrinking some ... There's hope afterall. I still gotta figure out what works for me. You saw what Im dealing with--- big ol- trunk ! lol


By the way.... You = nice HOTTTT BACK + SHOULDERS!!!!
