9am:
30 min jog outside---should say "ATTEMPTED" to jog... my legs are ON FIRE... it hurts to walk, sit, I dont even wanna talk about stairs.
10am:
1/2c raw oats
6 egg whites
2oz. turkey breast
1pm:
1 medium orange
8 ww pretzel sticks (not the best but all I had for work)
4pm:
1/4c brown rice
1/2c red kidney beans
6oz. chicken breast (grilled)
1TBS xtra v olive oil
