Does anybody have a good workout for the abs because if often read many of the splits posted on this forum and nobody seems to have a designated day to just working abs and general core muscles. Wouldn't it seem logical to have a day to work the most important area of your body?
Has anybody got a good workout for really building some mass and strength in that area?
