Anybody Got A Good Ab Workout Split?

Does anybody have a good workout for the abs because if often read many of the splits posted on this forum and nobody seems to have a designated day to just working abs and general core muscles. Wouldn't it seem logical to have a day to work the most important area of your body?
Has anybody got a good workout for really building some mass and strength in that area?
 
I used to devote about 45 minutes twice a week to my abs, and saw pretty good results doing the following

3 sets 50 V-ups
3 sets 25 straight leg crunches
3 sets 26 swimmers
3 sets 25 bicycles
3 sets 25 side v-ups
3 sets 25 leg pushdowns
