It seems that my legs get so bulky from low reps. I like the muscular look but I hate bulky. I know alot of people say it will even itself out and the fat will melt off but I cant stand looking in the mirror and seeing big legs.

Yah bulky is usually just fat - unless you like that runway model look where the knee are actually wider that the thigh.

euw.

Also, if you're looking down at your thighs they always look bigger that they really are when seen head on.

^^ Girlllll, that's muscle you got..... I looked very closely to be sure....

Everyone responds differently to training methods. I know, myself, I respond well to NO weights for my lower body. But, I am also a freak. ;)

If you can pinch fat on the top of your quad, the "bulk" issue is likely fat related - not muscle related.

And this is remedied through DIET. :)

For my legs, I do relatively high reps, but not really that high. Okay sorry that probably makes no sense...
For my upper body, I do 5 reps per set. But for my legs (quads and hams, not calves), I do 8 or 10 reps per set. So it's not that high, but relative to the other stuff I do, it is.
