Any1 else feel hypo when cutiing carbs and restricting calories?

Damn I keep getting a hypo feeling since Ive been dieting.Could it be because of the carbohydrate restriction?I am getting all shaky and lightheaded like.It is really unconfortable and makes me want to eat anything to make it go away,does any1 else get this feeling when dieting?I am taking in around 350 calories every 3 hours or so with 50 grams of protein or so per serving,I am thinking my carbs arent enough and this is why I am getting like this?But in order for me to up the carbs I would have to take less protein per meal because I cant go over the 350 calorie limit per meal in order to cut.Any help is greatly apreciated.

Yeah I am eating low gi carbs like sweet potato and such,maybe its just form the Thermorexin I just started taking it.
 
If you are in a cutting cycle and are experiencing any of the following:
  • trembling
  • sweating
  • heart palpitations
  • hunger
  • anxiety
... then you are likely entering a hypoglycemic phase, meaning that your blood glucose levels have dropped too low for your body to function normally. You can correct this by consuming some complex carbs.

If you still feel unwell, then consult your physician and have him/her run a Hemoglobin A1c test to make sure your blood glucose levels are normal.

HOWEVER, if you have just started taking a thermogenic then this is likely the cause of your current condition and you should discontinue its use. Some people can handle them without any problems but other people experience some or all of the side effects. Guess which category you fall into. :)

i'm hypoglycemic.. and it sucks when i'm cutting :( i used to get super sick, so i don't go below BMR anymore.. i found that doing cardio first thing when i get up, on an empty stomach cuts the fat right off though :D
 
Either not enough calories or not enough carbs. Try adding in maybe 50 more grams of carbs to see if that helps. This happens to me when I am cutting and restricting carbs. Also if you are resticting your complex carbs,are you getting enough fibrous carbs?
If this doesnt work I would try to switch to cardio breeze instead of T rex. I had a hard time on T Rex but cardio Breeze works just fine. Good luck.
 
I am thinking its probably because of lack of carbs,I am counting clories revolving on 50g of protein per meal and only getting 350calories per meal wich dosent leave much calories open for carbs.I should probably back the protein in the first 4 meals of the day to 30g per meal?
