The main reason I'm wondering this is I'm having a hard time creating a concrete diet based on the macro levels described by others. I find Vegetarian/Vegan food is higher in fats, mainly because of nuts/avocados and so on. I lot of food is made from soybeans, which is all good fat, but how much good fat is ok? I have a hard time constructing a meal plan with emphasizes on protein intake, medium carb and low fat or medium carb and medium fat.

Wondering if anyone can help
