Hello,
I am in need of some type of workout plan. When I was playing sports in highschool I was 5'11" and weighed 145. I could bench 185 and felt healthy, the problem I have now is I am 21 and do not do as much as I like. I am now 6'1" and 140 pounds. Is there any diet plans, workouts, or/and supplements people can direct me to? I was never big on supplements but I am no longer 17 and have the drive I use to. I hope that I could get my meat head back and start getting large muscle gains. Cutting has never been a problem for me but gaining weight has been an issue my whole life.

A lot of guys do the 5 x 5 programs and this is a sticky here in the weight training forum http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/w...er-madcow2-thanx-so-here-k-up-now-375215.html . I know there are quite a number of variations to it. Gaining weight comes with training hard and eating right. The only supplements I would look at is a protein supplement and if you really want to a creatine mono product at this stage. My suggestion is use this forum/google and find a program you like, work out your diet and post it up in the diet forum. Once you start training your drive to lift and eat will come back strong. Welcome to ef :)
