Answered before: Sweet potatoe cooking

There was a good thread about how to properly cook a sweet potatoe, but I don't think elite is letting me search back that far.

Someone had a good idea of covering it in a wet paper towel and nuking, but i don't remember the specifics. Does someone remember or bookmark the post?

i just wash mine off and microwave for 12minutes.

just responding to a thread just to up your post count might seem a great idea but you won't get much karma that way
take a second to add a few thoughts to the matter
i noticed you did this to at least 9 threads

wash it, poke a couple of holes in it, wrap it in plastic, and nuke it for 4-5 min. keeps all the moisture it, works like a charm.
