want to stick with a basic mass building routine.two exercise per group,once a week.example,flat bench,and incline bench 4x8 ramping up in weight with small increses(5lbs each set).My other thought was a 5x5 flat followed by 3x8 incline.Looking for some size over the winter,is either one better than the other,or even enough volume?maybe hit each muscle twice a week? my stats are,5,8 190lbs,39yrs,been training off and on for a few years now.
