cycle history: ran an oral winni only cycle 50 mgs ed 70 days went from 205 12% to 183lbs 4% BF over a year ago. ran a dbol only cycle 25 mgs ed 70 days starting jan 1st 2012 went from 175lbs 6% BF to 193 lbs 5% BF. its been over two months since i ran dbol and i just got a full blood panel done and everything checked out good sooo hear we go! its time to get shredded for summer.
anavar cycle: 15mgs ed for 60 days
PCT: nolva 30mgs for two weeks as well as pes erase 2X a day for a month and fadogia 3x per day starting 45 days into cycle and into post til i run out. i am also planning on running the ostra i have at 12.5 mgs for three weeks startding day 50 of cycle into pct and then bump it up to 20mgs a day til i run out. i've found through experience that sarms although nothing like serms can in a way take their place. i find that having an external source of androgen boost that is non-suppressive allows you to boost your test levels naturally while not loosing much of your gains. i really think sarms has brought a whole new element to the game.
goals: realistically i know this is a tiny amount of anavar to run; however, i train like an animal and eat even better. im looking to get to 190lbs and sub 4% BF. this might seem unrealistic but im pretty sure it can be done. i dont take steroids lightly and at such a young age i know my eventual goal of 215lbs 4% BF is years away and i like it like that it gives me massive amounts of motivation to not just run a massive cylcle and be there, i like the process of getting there. im a huge fan of an extemelly conditioned nasty ripped look. im looking to have the veins in my abs look something like the ones in my bi's.
training: ill be following a 5-6 days split because ive found that it really works best for my body. i also only rest one minute between sets. in between sets i will do abs or claves m/w/f.
monday: chest
incline DB bench or incline BB bench 5 sets 8-12 reps
decline cable flies 4 sets 1-12 reps
incline BB bench ( or which ever i didnt do first i alternate week to week) 4 sets 8-12 reps
peck deck machine 4 sets 8-12 reps
i like to alternate some of these exercises with others depending on how i feel but i always do around four different exercises fast pass with abs and calves between sets i find almost circuit training takes pumps away from the area im focusing on and allows me to push more weight.
tuesday: back
wide grip pull up or close grip pull up 5-6 sets 10-12 reps
bent over row 4 sets 10-12 reps
lawn mower pull 4 sets 10-12 reps
reverse grip bent over row 10-12 reps
wide grip or close grip pull down (which ever i didnt do first alternating every week) 4 sets 10-12 reps
i always throw in a couple sets of burn out rope lat straight are pull overs at the end for a good burn
wednesday: legs
i alternate between squats and dead lifts weekly 5-6 sets 8-12 reps
leg curls 4 sets 10-12 reps
leg extensions 4 sets 10-12 reps
hack squats (every week) 4 sets 10-12 reps
seated calf raise 5-6 sets 15-25 reps
standing calf raise 4 sets 15 reps
seated calf raise on leg press machine 3 sets 30+ reps
thursday: shoulders
DB press or BB press 5 sets 10-12 reps
rope face pulls 4 sets 10-12 reps
arnold press 4 sets 8-12 reps
lateral raises or upright row 4 sets 8-12 reps
other press 3 sets 10-12 reps
DB shrugs 5 sets 15-20 reps
21's with a 45 35 and 25 lbs plate seven front raises seven upright row straight through the plates as many times as i can without feeling over trained.
friday: arms
bi's: rev incline bench DB curls 4 sets 10-12 reps
incline bench DB curls 4 sets 10-12 reps
hammer curl on incline bench 4 sets 10-12 reps
burnout set of something at the end
tri's: DB overhead extension 4 sets 10-12 reps
single arm cable tri extension 4 sets 10-12 reps

saterday: anything i feel like doing plus light cardio
i take sundays off completely or go for a walk.
diet: the past week i started eating cleaner than i ever have. huge change in body comp in only a week and ive maintained weight so i plan on eating relatively similar just a little more.
cardio: i havent done cardio in almost a year but i started a week ago and i plan on keeping this schedule on cycle. walk at a good pass for 40 min 3-4 times a week. ten minutes HIIT on stair stepper or running sprints 4 days a week. i take leg day off of cardio as well as the day after.
cycle starts on monday ill be sure to write some updated here and there.( my avatar is from 4/2 so ill try to put up some pics post cycle)
