anavar suspension cycle

current stats
age: 22
weight: 187lbs
BF: 7-8%

cycle history: ran an oral winni only cycle 50 mgs ed 70 days went from 205 12% to 183lbs 4% BF over a year ago. ran a dbol only cycle 25 mgs ed 70 days starting jan 1st 2012 went from 175lbs 6% BF to 193 lbs 5% BF. its been over two months since i ran dbol and i just got a full blood panel done and everything checked out good sooo hear we go! its time to get shredded for summer.

anavar cycle: 15mgs ed for 60 days
PCT: nolva 30mgs for two weeks as well as pes erase 2X a day for a month and fadogia 3x per day starting 45 days into cycle and into post til i run out. i am also planning on running the ostra i have at 12.5 mgs for three weeks startding day 50 of cycle into pct and then bump it up to 20mgs a day til i run out. i've found through experience that sarms although nothing like serms can in a way take their place. i find that having an external source of androgen boost that is non-suppressive allows you to boost your test levels naturally while not loosing much of your gains. i really think sarms has brought a whole new element to the game.

goals: realistically i know this is a tiny amount of anavar to run; however, i train like an animal and eat even better. im looking to get to 190lbs and sub 4% BF. this might seem unrealistic but im pretty sure it can be done. i dont take steroids lightly and at such a young age i know my eventual goal of 215lbs 4% BF is years away and i like it like that it gives me massive amounts of motivation to not just run a massive cylcle and be there, i like the process of getting there. im a huge fan of an extemelly conditioned nasty ripped look. im looking to have the veins in my abs look something like the ones in my bi's.

training: ill be following a 5-6 days split because ive found that it really works best for my body. i also only rest one minute between sets. in between sets i will do abs or claves m/w/f.
monday: chest
incline DB bench or incline BB bench 5 sets 8-12 reps
decline cable flies 4 sets 1-12 reps
incline BB bench ( or which ever i didnt do first i alternate week to week) 4 sets 8-12 reps
peck deck machine 4 sets 8-12 reps
i like to alternate some of these exercises with others depending on how i feel but i always do around four different exercises fast pass with abs and calves between sets i find almost circuit training takes pumps away from the area im focusing on and allows me to push more weight.

tuesday: back
wide grip pull up or close grip pull up 5-6 sets 10-12 reps
bent over row 4 sets 10-12 reps
lawn mower pull 4 sets 10-12 reps
reverse grip bent over row 10-12 reps
wide grip or close grip pull down (which ever i didnt do first alternating every week) 4 sets 10-12 reps
i always throw in a couple sets of burn out rope lat straight are pull overs at the end for a good burn

wednesday: legs
i alternate between squats and dead lifts weekly 5-6 sets 8-12 reps
leg curls 4 sets 10-12 reps
leg extensions 4 sets 10-12 reps
hack squats (every week) 4 sets 10-12 reps
seated calf raise 5-6 sets 15-25 reps
standing calf raise 4 sets 15 reps
seated calf raise on leg press machine 3 sets 30+ reps

thursday: shoulders
DB press or BB press 5 sets 10-12 reps
rope face pulls 4 sets 10-12 reps
arnold press 4 sets 8-12 reps
lateral raises or upright row 4 sets 8-12 reps
other press 3 sets 10-12 reps
DB shrugs 5 sets 15-20 reps
21's with a 45 35 and 25 lbs plate seven front raises seven upright row straight through the plates as many times as i can without feeling over trained.

friday: arms
bi's: rev incline bench DB curls 4 sets 10-12 reps
incline bench DB curls 4 sets 10-12 reps
hammer curl on incline bench 4 sets 10-12 reps
burnout set of something at the end
tri's: DB overhead extension 4 sets 10-12 reps
single arm cable tri extension 4 sets 10-12 reps
dips 4 sets 10-12 reps
rope extension 4 sets 10-12 reps
burn out set of something at end

saterday: anything i feel like doing plus light cardio
i take sundays off completely or go for a walk.

diet: the past week i started eating cleaner than i ever have. huge change in body comp in only a week and ive maintained weight so i plan on eating relatively similar just a little more.

cardio: i havent done cardio in almost a year but i started a week ago and i plan on keeping this schedule on cycle. walk at a good pass for 40 min 3-4 times a week. ten minutes HIIT on stair stepper or running sprints 4 days a week. i take leg day off of cardio as well as the day after.

cycle starts on monday ill be sure to write some updated here and there.( my avatar is from 4/2 so ill try to put up some pics post cycle)
 
its oral suspension which i actually cant find anything about anywhere unfortunately. but my buddy ran some of it and hes almost 50 and he put on 10 lbs and lost 2% BF at the same dosage which sounds an awful lot like dbol to be me but i trust my source everything else was what it was labeled as. anyways, i haven't ran test yet because i am waiting a while after this cycle to take anything else i'd like to go natural a year and see what i can do with my training style. i'd also like to give my receptors a rest because the next cycle i do i plan on running a nice long bulk cycle with some test and tren and i want to know im going to get everything out of it i possibly can. my brother ran test at 250 a week and went from 195lbs to 225lbs ( good genes?) over twelve weeks and lost none of it and i just cant do that right now everyone im on already asks me what i take and when you live under your moms roof still it makes you feel guilty for some reason haha.
 
I ran Anavar suspended in Grapeseed Oil as my first cycle, worked damn well. I gained about 7 lbs. or so, all muscle, all kept post-cycle. With all the talk about faked Var out there, I was kind of questioning it as well, but I had all the sides of Var (crazy vascularity) and nothing to indicate D-Bol, ie I took no Aromatase Inhibitor, and had a more drying out than anything. The good gains I attribute to it being my first cycle, and the fact I was running it at 100mg/day.
 
Soo I decided to bump my dosage up to 40 mgs ED. I take half the dosage on Sundays because I don't lift on Sundays ( just cardio). I'm on my ninth day and I gotta say I absolutely love this stuff. I am currently 192 lbs with no real change in diet or supplementation other than the anavar. I hadn't done cardio this year til I started this cycle so I must admit I've been real sore but yesterday I could have stayed in the gym all day. I had to force myself to leave after a hour and fifteen because I just seemed to have crazy muscle endurance and strength my fourth set of every exercise was my strongest.

I gotta admit this is the best shape I've ever been in pre cycle ( strength and in the mirror) which may have something to do with it but I have more energy on anavar then I've ever had and my abs are already absolutely. I'm really happy with this cycle so far, another five weeks should really rip me up. I'll post up some changes in the weight I've been pushing in another couple weeks but yesterday I was pushing ten pounds heavier on every one of my chest exercises.
 
40mg be much btr i think you should add some test too..your other cycles aren't laid out well.70 days on dbal is way to long imo add test with var be great cycle
 
Yea my bad. I'm an idiot they have all been about 40 day cycles. I did it in my head quick.

I understand why test makes cycles easier on the body but I honestly do not want to blow up right now at all. I watched my brother turn into a f**king monster in three months on test alone and I just don't want to be that big yet haha he was an intimidating bastard and I know I go harder than him and eat cleaner than he does I'm honestly scared of being that big because I know I'll want to keep going.

I have no source right now and plan on taking a couple years off to go natural until I know I've exhausted all natural resources. I honestly wish I waited til I was older to start so I'm gunna take a few years off and naturally bulk to my potential then probably end up cycling the rest of my life after I'm financially stable.
 
Little update. Got my skin fold test done today. I am currently sitting at 188lbs and 3.9% bf. I got this done with the same skin fold test I had a while ago before my dbol cycle and I was 6% at 175 lbs. that was in late December. Strength wise I'm pushing the same weight I was when I was taking dbol but now for more reps I absolutely love anavar zero sides great sense of well being and I look gross right now it's fucking awesome.
