Mid-Day- Tuna Sandwich- Total calories- 250

Later- Half serving of peanut butter- Total Calories- 95
Total Calories-Just Under 1700
Also, as a Veggie Supplement, I have 4 Pills of Green Delight. And a variety of Vitamins daily.
I drink LOTS of water....
____________
My exercise program
My Monday- Friday exercises
5 Mile Bike Ride
45 Minutes Weight Training- Different each day
1 Hour Shooting the Basketball outside
9 Minutes of Shadow Boxing
9 Minutes of hitting the Heavy Bag
3 Minutes- Jump Roping
I use my abslide maching and do 2 sets of 15
Shoulder Exercises with 2 1/2 pound weights for 5-10 minutes
100 Jumping Jacks.
And this is it.....

What is your goal? ...and if it's working so well for you, why do you think you're overtraining?

My Goal is to Look Good with my shirt off. I think I am overtraining cause I think I am doing way more than almost every personal trainer, and online people said I should be doing. I am really tired at nights, etc. I think its right, ITs a gut feeling.....THanks.

Sounds like your just trying to loose wieght . The diet looks ok and cardio is good. As long as your not weight training each bodypart more than twice a week yoiu should be fine. If you feel overtrained take a day or two off the weights.

Try monitoring your resting heart rate. If it is chronically elevated, that's a sign of overtraining. Of course, if you don't know what your resting HR was before you started this program, it might not be very helpful to monitor it now - but try it anyway.

Also just look for disrupted sleep, lack of energy & motivation with your program.

If you can 'look good without a shirt' doing less, then why do so much & risk overuse injuries (joint problems, etc.)?

Do you do your shoulders EVERY DAY?

What in the world is Green Delight? Why would anyone supplement veggies? Just eat veggies.
