I read how a lot of people include them in their diets.

I just bought a 2 oz.(approximately 1/2 of a cup) pack of them and this is the nutrition facts:

for a 1 oz serving:

170 calories
6g of carbs
6g of protein
15g of fat(!!??)

I planned on eating the pack of them but damn, 30 grams of fat in just this little pack? Is this the normal breakdown of protein/carbs/fat etc etc for almonds???

Yeah, but remember a lot of the fat is poly- and mono-unsaturated fats.....which your body needs...
