30 minutes on treadmill; crunches 4 sets of 25
5 minutes of walking lunges

Meal #3-1/2c salad shrimp cooked in 1 tbs margarine w/1 tsp of garlic, basil and onion mix
1/2c lf cottage cheese
1/4c crushed pineapples
water

Meal #4-strawberry nutrigrain bar
water

Meal #5-protein shake
1 tbs peanut butter

Meal #6-6oz talipa filet cooked in 1 tbs olive oil
1/2c shells & cheese
1/2c brown rice
2c broccoli & carrots mix
8oz apple juice
water

Started logging my foods into FitDay again. Here's the breakdown of yesterday's foods.

Calories-2240 Fat-86g Carbs-158g Protein-209g OR in % it's 35/26/38

Yes, I am, thanks! It's working ok for me, but I sure do miss my cream of wheat and oatmeal. I :heart: them. I hope you've had a great weekend so far.

water 1.5L......I can't seem to drink anymore than this.

TOTALS: 2,110calories Fat-70g; Carbs-215g; Protein-163g OR 30/39/31% WOW, carbs were pretty high today!! :worried: Need to watch that! I joined a program at my gym yesterday. They weighed me and took my waist measurement. They didn't use the callipers to test b

Last time I logged my weight was 18Jan.....I've only lost 2 lbs since then.

30minutes steady pace on treadmill (4.6) and then 10 minutes slight uphill incline at 3.6.

Meal #1 3 eggs (I could barely choke down that 3rd one! bleh!!)
1c unsweetened applesauce w/1 tsp cinnamon
vitamins
water

Meal #2 protein shake w/1c 2% milk & 1 med banana
water

Meal #3 5 cherry tomatoes
2oz cheese
1c cottage cheese
1/2c pinapples
2oz chicken breast
water

Meal #4-protein shake w/1c 2% milk
water

Meal #5-1serving (1c) lasagna
1 slice ww toast w/1 pat butter & garlic to taste
2c salad mix
2tbs greek vinaigrette dressing
water

I went to the gym today and got my bf% tested again with the callipers. (7 site test)

Weight-161
BF%- 25.5%

Here are the exact measurements:

Triceps-16
Pectoral-13
Midaxilla-18
Subscapula-22
Abdomen-25
Suprailiac-7
Quadriceps-32

Here's some other info they gave me on the printout.
Density 1.04; Lean Weight 119.9; Fat Weight (gross! eeeew!) 41.08 definately need to change this number at least by half or more!! It states this is an average rating.

I need to find the breakdown of my stats from the 1st measurements as well. I wish I would've gotten it all tested right before I got pregnant, too b/c I'd gotten down to 126 and could tell a big difference in my clothes and the way I looked.

My scale is off at home. I'm not 133 like I'd previously posted. Freaked out a little b/c I've gained a few lbs; I'm at 137 now. I'm going to post the old stats first, then the new stats.......last time I got bf% measured w/callipers was:

According to the bf scale they have I'm at 25.9% bf.........but according to the callipers I'm at 18.7% Whaaaaat? Is this possible?!? Wow, I was so surprised, I asked her to dbl check, lol! :laugh2:

Ok, I compared the Jan 9, 2006 stats to the Jan 31, 2007 stats and here's what I got.


Triceps- +2
Pectoral- +2
Midaxilla- +14
Subscapular- +9
Abdomen- +11
Suprailiac- -3
Quadriceps- +11

Basically I gained alot of bf and need to work my @$$ off (literally) to get back to where I was. I'm pretty confident that I can do it, though. Heck, I never thought I would've got to where I was before and I did. It's just a matter of time, I guess.

I'm having a hard time keeping up with my journal on here. I've been so worn out lately, I'm usually asleep shortly after I get all the kids to bed. I feel bad b/c my hubby and I will start watching a movie and I'll be asleep 30 minutes into it.

I got the flu shot a little over a week ago & got sick from it!! That was NO fun, I was surprised b/c I've never had a reaction to it before. Oh well, 1st time for everything, huh?!

My daughter spilled water all over my treadmill yesterday, and it'll turn on, but the belt won't work now. I pulled the front part off dried it with a towel and even used a blowdryer on low setting to get anything i missed, & it still doesn't work!! :(
