She is just a plethora of information ...I would suggest that she seriously look into possibly of taking those specified weights and multiply by 10, and hit it hard, because where she is going, thats what the GIRLS do ........
heh. I remember seeing a Biography of Martha Stewart, which included a brief clip of her doing her daily exercises - a brisk walk on "the grounds" while doing bicep curls and other arm movements, holding what looked like 5# weights. Yeah - she's a FOUNT of fitness information!
