Just wanted to chime in here. The absolute best ab exercise I have done is the little $10 ab wheelie. I remember when I started I never felt so sore in my life. After a while I worked up to 4 sets of 50 so I tried putting weight on my back. Just 25 pounds and it was like I just started. Now I do 3 sets of 10-20 with a 25-lb plate on my back. I love 'em.
