ab problems!

hey guys, i really need some advices, on how to build up your abs...
i've been training my abs really hard for a couple of months now, coupled with a good diet, but i'm not getting the reslults i'd like to have...
you see, my mid section looks good, but it looks kinda strange when the side abs are non existing, i hope you get the picture...
anyway, good workouts to train the COMPLETE stomach!

First of all, it takes very low body fat.

Second, if you are having problems with your side abs, I would suggest adding some sort of twisting crunches or something in your ab routine. I like getting on a decline bench and working them with a quater plate or so.

first of all,

do NOT expect to see your obliques and lower abs at less than 8% bodyfat.

second..

you mention you've been working your abs for months but what assures you that you're trainin them correctly?

check your form first.
tear the shit outta them every 4-5 days doing simple crunches and sit ups. i dont believe in 'FANCY' exercises and my abs are totally fully ripped and bulging out.

ciao

thanks for the repleis, i don't have too much body fat, seems like all of it is in the lower ab department though, the thing is that i have gotten good results for the last months, but still, i have trouble working the lower and side abs...
