AAS/Roids Are Not Magic!!

It is not the type, dosage, or characteristics of an Anabolic Steroid that will make a difference in your gains.
Gains are 50% diet, 20% training, 15% rest and 15% gear.

If you are on a great bulking diet, intense workout routine, and getting plenty of rest then you should make gains with or without steroids. Of course you will have a lot more gains with the steroids, but you will also not make any gains if you use steroids and slack off on your diet, and training.

That is why conservative is the way to go. Higher dosages are for seasoned veterans or lazy ass newbies who don't want to put in hard work. The lazy lifter raises the dosage instead of working harder.

Do it right or don't do it at all!!

The longer I bodybuild the more true I find this to be. The ratios are about what I'd describe them as.

Let's be honest here, if you aren't a seasoned veteran of natural bodybuilding, steroids are not for you.

amen...truer words have not been spoken.....:karate:

i agree 100% that steroids are not for everyone, and CERTAINLY not magic as the public makes them out to be(be honest, if you are huge, and you tell someone you are on steroids, they will chalk up all of ur gains to the juice)...but i really dont believe that rest plays the same part as roids...diet, i agree with, but rest? not flaming, but lets not make em out like they are amino acids either

Great point that the general public just doesn't grasp! My best friend is a dentist. He has been on the same AAS as me, for the same length of time. We had not seen each other for 5 weeks. We meet 2 days ago, and I was ripped to the bone, and he looked exactly the same. I said there is NO WAY you have been doing your homework pal! At first he said he was, but as our workout went on he confessed that the only thing he was doing on a consistent basis was the AAS! I told him that he should really appreciate the fact that AAS doesn't mean JACK without the proper training/nutrition/cardio.
It was funny, at one point he tried to say the reason I had advaced so much more than him was I was using T3, and he wasn't. Yeah right thats it buddy! LOL

Steroids do have one major side effect.... Greatness.
