sc, how about this , you said the same sort of things about the program that i bought from you in late 2002. On the net it was being said that your program was the best and different than any other. I say it was not. You also said in this thread that the diet you sold me is not in use any more. How about you let me post up the diet you sold me and let people judge from themselves, you claimed at the time that no two programs were the same and that you tailored each program individually. This should not hurt your current business because this diet is not used anymore and it was made for me only so no one else would benefit from it. If you let me i will not post anything about you ever again. I just want people to see what you were pushing at the time. I bet you won't. i will be waiting for your excuse.

I don't care what you post, as what you post will have no bearing on what others are to do, as NO ONE is/was like you. What I gave you 2 years ago was for you, and has no relevance to what "is" today. As well, the programs as they are now are completely different, have different tactics, and have been re-vamped. Should you choose to post any material I gave you, even from two years ago, remember the agreement you virtually signed. You agreed you would not post any of my material anywhere, and if you choose to do so, I will ask to obtain your information and contact you. Again, this is done to protect my biz and from people thinking there is one "end all diet" for which there isn't, but you can see how this could damage what I TRULY offer.

If you wish to be such a scandalous person and be so vindictive, post whatever you want. What you have is old news, doesn't apply any longer, and is of no relevance. Like I said, what I gave you was (1) for you (2) no longer is what the program looks like (3) is only good for the first 2-3 weeks, so it's of no use to anyone. However, since you insist on being a dick for the sake of being a dick in order to TRY and ruin a my reputation or whatever your goal is, I will obtain your info and have you dealt with should you choose to slander me. Posting any material I gave you and saying that "I said that" in regards to the material, is slander, as what you have is NOT endorsed by me any longer. Be careful what you choose to pubically post, this is a public medium.

so can i post it or not? or are you saying that if i post it you will try to take legal action. which one is it. very simple , you either let me post without any restraints or you won't because you say i i gave you a virtual agreement,which i did not. I want to show people what you were selling in 02.
I will not post it without your permission because on the time of the sale i told you i would not and that was my word, but if you let me i will. If i were to post it without out your permission you would have an impossible time claiming what you sold me was your own info when it can be found on these same boards. again can i post with your permission or not.

You did give a virtual agreement, as per the disclaimer on my site that has been there for 3 years. Once you sign up via e-mail and send payment info, you acknowledge that you've read, understand, and honor the disclaimer located at www.gotswole.com. If you missed that, that's your bad.

Did you not hear what I said? What I "sold" you WAS my info, the amounts and all that were per my calculations for YOU at the time utilizing the PRINCIPLES of my ENTIRE service at that time. The fact that you could pattern your initial eating patterns by doing research on the net, does not mean the program you got from me is not FROM ME. Just as there are 1000 ways to make marijuana brownies on the net, yet some people sell their own recipe, and people purchase it! The point is, the person coming to the location offering the service is utilizing HIS/HER choice. You can find information on ANYTHING that is sold, that doesn't mean people know WHAT TO DO WITH IT. So you saying you can find my diet on the net is ridiculous. You may be able to find similar information, and that's fine, I'm not saying it's not out there. Let us not forget that is merely but ONE aspect of the program, the others being the changes that are made (after 2-3 weeks what you have initially is useless), the consultation and how I adjust/where/why/etc., and the private VIP access to a forum that now houses well over 20,000 posts with all types of valuable program information, tips, tweaks, alterations, changes, etc.

Hell, I can find out how to make a hydrogen bomb on the net, yes, but I can also pay for someone to list in detail the steps to make it the quickest, don't you see the reasoning? Again, I ask that you honor not only your word, but my disclaimer, as that is the adult thing to do. You are not going to hurt my business by posting my material, but you do have ramifications to think about should you choose to do so. You can get banned for posting personal information on Elite's public medium if I were to complain about it.

Since you decided to go from just offering your opinion on how this thread is "gay" to now trying to purposely employ defamation of character, I will complain about it should you choose to act like a child in this situation. Why you can't be adult and just let people be happy and work w/someone if they enjoy working w/someone, I have no idea. If you are truly this kind of person, I'm ashamed I ever worked with you.

The reality of Swole's programs, just as mine, is NOT what he actually puts together but how it's presented. The motivation and hard-work that Swole brings to the table is what drives the people that work w/ him to success. Some people have a misunderstanding that DIET is all that is provided, NO!, a LIFE CHANGE for the long-term is what is needed and provided. Anyone can go on the internet and look up a diet - but NOT many can find a motivation to follow through w/ it.

Remember, as with anything in life, you get what you pay for. There are always going to be people that don't like services/products, but that's more of a personal issue than anything.
