hi everyone i joined this forum approx 1 year ago and posted a lame thread about wanting to start AAS. After some good advice i decided i wasn,t ready (don't know if i'll ever be) I started to train more intensely and more regular than i was and like i was advised have seen my body changing shape over the past year and gained extra strength, so thanx to you all.
HOWEVER the area i suffer in is diet! i have cleaned it up a lot but i still need to lose fat but want to continue growing. i try to eat 6 small meals a day consisting of protein and carbs with some good fats but the main problem lies with my job. I work on average 10 hrs a day and shifts. earlies 0700-1700, lates either 1300- 2200 or 1700-0300 and nights 2100-0700. 4 days on 2 days off (3 following nights). Due to being busy at work and not being always in one place (lots of driving) i sometimes end up not eating for a whole shift, which sometines leads to pigging out later and living on protein shakes only if i can fit them in at work. i also don't think i drink enough sometimes only manage 2-4 litres daily. i don't really know what i'm asking you guys for, but any diet, time saving, supplement or any other tips would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like you need to eat meals that are easily portable....ie. tuna

try cooking the day before and pack them in some tupaware...that is what i do...but i have a desk job and there is a fridge....so it's pretty easy for me.

carry some protein bars and rtd's worse case scenario....
