just bought emeril's southwest dry rub......this thing is a life saver!!!! put it on everything!!!!!!!! chicken, beef, pork etc the best thing is it's just a combo of spices so there is no fat or anything like that to worry about.

also, stubs moppin sauce is great too!!! use in combo with the southwest and you have some great tasting chicken!!! stubs is also only 2g of fat for 2 tbsp...

Emeril's Rib Rub is also pretty good. Gotta love "kickin' it up a notch" for a little change...
