7 Weeks to a Shredded ME!...

"V" Cable pressdowns... 3 sets, ending with the whole stack ("150"lbs it says)
Standing E-Z Bar Curls Drop sets from 45's, 35's, to 25's per side
Skullies: ^^ Same set up: drop sets from 25's, 20's, 15's per side
Standing Alt. DB Curls.... I did about 5 sets overall..3 ... then went back for more later... and 2 of which were hammer curls. used from 30's - 45's
Reverse Straight Bar Curl: 35lbs and 40lbs... my forearms were going to pop by then BIG TIME... they felt HUGE.... well ok, they were HUGE, lol.... meeeeybe :)

EDIT: Forgot...

2 sets seated overhead DB press 50 and 60.
1 set single arm ^^ with a 25lb... couldn't even crank out 6, lol. ***:FRlol: nyyyyyyyyyyyce.... Ran outta "GO" juice ***


Improvised DWOS: Mass Recovery: 380 calories, 35 g. Pro, 60 g. Carbs (only 6g sugar).... I like them, but don't like shelling $4 a pop out for it.

I saw some "old powerlifter" (is what he looked like...had a full track suit on and all, lol) doing DeadLifts!!! WOOOHOOO... I think that's the 2nd person I've seen besides myself doing them so far!

ok... /update time to cook up 7 lbs of chicken...

:D I lied... well no... more chang of cooking plans cuz it's late and i need to get to bed :) Cooked up a little over 3 lbs too!!

Mmmm yes i have.. but i think i'm a bigger fan of the grilled chicken flavour :)

Oh man, i don't know... i'm exhausted may take a day off... but that's just how i feel now... u know. Tomorrow, hell i might have a second wind and do a back day with deads, lol... who knows!? NOT ME!

Until tomorrow... *that is all* ;)

You and me buddy, in case ya didnt know it, are now fat loss partners. Tween now and.. er.. um... july 4? let's pick a date....

Last nights workout:

1/2 a backworkout 80 minutes total

HighPull "leverage thingy" {total plates} 2, 4, 6x6

Busted out my "T" back tank... :evil:
DAMN... i love the lighting in my gym... I wanna take progress pics in there!

Deadlifts: 135, 225, 315, 365 ... didn't feel strong enough to hit my previous PR of 405x2 (Belt and straps used... still working on getting my grip up to par)
BB HeavyAssShrugs: 135, 225, 315, 405x6 (Belt and strapped at 315+ again)
DB Shrugs 80's, 95's, 105's (strapped only for 105's)

Some Delt work... all medial and postierior focused delt work... 5 sets

20 minutes on the Stair Mill... flying at level 15.... down to 10... 7.. .6 as lowest... 3 sets... HIIT... quick water and streching on "down time" then back on the horse.
