Standing Alt. DB Curls.... I did about 5 sets overall..3 ... then went back for more later... and 2 of which were hammer curls. used from 30's - 45's
Reverse Straight Bar Curl: 35lbs and 40lbs... my forearms were going to pop by then BIG TIME... they felt HUGE.... well ok, they were HUGE, lol.... meeeeybe
