That's a surprize... i thought i've been cutting since the end of December already :rolleyes: .... lol. {still taking the slow boat to China so to speak... but keeping and putting on LBM is hella worth it so far}

There are ALOT of prior obligations and whatnot coming up for myself during the summer months... I'd love nothing more to devote 110% effort to my lower body fat/higher LBM goals... I can say that I will put 100% effort as I always do into my goals and continue cutting until I'm where I want to be for the summer :)

I just don't want to say... "HELL YEAH" and not be able to put in my all... but I'll give a hefty Hell Yah and do the damn best I can with what time i've got like always :)

With that said... I look forward to progressing furthur towards reaching new body fat lows with you AND Bunny :supercool

I can't wait to start reading your log and see what you've got and where you want to be bro... tis the season to be cutting.

Im joining the club :) well Ill join the club, but watch from afar. I started at 285lbs looking to lean down to 245-50 (my first goal) then on my way down to 230-235 (final goal). Im at about 20% bf (yuk).

doing a CKD at the moment. Im finding that the low carbs are hindering my workouts a bit. I cant get all 10-12 reps in, where I could beofroe I started this low carb craze.

Im keeping a daily log of workouts/meals/cals/mood.

Ive lost 3 lbs this first week and I piss about every hour... not so fun while trying to sleep. I think ive only had 2 BM's this week... is that normal?

The most surprising thing for me so far has been my lack of patience now. Im about as patience and calm as anyone, if not even more so.... but now with low carbs... dont spill the milk DAMNIT!

Good luck with your goals ltl ... You have alot of good questions that can be answered in & on the diet board :)

LookingToLean: Get off the low carb and switch it up then if you've been running a CKD for awhile... it'll probably boost you into fat burning past your plateau... it's all about:

Calories In < Calories Out = Weight Loss

And no... 2 "BM's" per week.... not "normal" as far as I've known.

Congrats on the weight loss so far! Start a log here and we'll chat there about your diet, training and goals! :)

I have only been on the CKD this week. just started. today I have been feeling great. other than 'hitting the wall' while working out.

I agree about the BM's altho when I did it was... how can I say it..... healthy? consistant? lol anyways..

I have started a journal. I guess I bring it to the forum.
 
Morning Basement Training commenced today.

I feel reeeeally weak in the a.m. Very used to getting in plenty of food and training later. Not sure how many days per week I'm going to do this... but even doing a few sets of some exercises in the a.m to get my metabolism elevated early on should do me right.

Incline BB Bench 5 sets
Hammer curls 3 sets

Rainy out...and yes, I AM a fair weather outside cardio person... so I'm going to the gym shortly to get in about 30 minutes of cardio. Mostly Step Mill... as long as the cardio bunnies aren't hogging it.

Step Mill 10 minutes

Incline DB press 3 sets
Flat DB press 2 sets

Reverse Straight BB curls 3 sets
Cambered BB curls 3 sets
DB Reverse curls 2 sets

Low pulley cable crossovers 3 sets

Going back to the gym very shortly for more FUN! :)

Treadmill for .3 miles
Back Hypers... weighted: holding 25, 25, and 45x8
Roman Chair leg raises... i need to add weight somehow, maybe hold a medicine ball with my feet?!

40 minutes of cardio mostly stationary bike.
